Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in resellable condition, free of any odors (including perfume, smoke, or detergent) and free of stains (including makeup, deodorant, or other marks). We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, or any condition that makes the item unsuitable for resale.
To request a return, please email us at hello@puffynest.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed and approved.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping
For returns due to personal preference, including sizing issues, change of mind, or style preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@puffynest.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or a prepaid return label.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once delivered, pre-order items are subject to the same return eligibility requirements as regular items, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please note that shipping timelines for pre-order items are estimated and may be subject to change.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
