Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during product launches, promotional periods, holidays, or other high-volume periods.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected and the delivery destination.
We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping threshold or promotion will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated transit times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.
High-Value Orders
For security purposes, orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are shipped according to the estimated timeline stated on the product page.
Please note that pre-order shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. If there is a significant delay in shipping your pre-order, we will contact you by email with an updated timeline and available options.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Some carriers or shipping services may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a street address is required for your selected shipping method, we may contact you to request an alternative delivery address.
Puffy Nest is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or failed delivery, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Lost or Delivered Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, building staff, neighbors, or the shipping carrier.
